Ascension Summit Updates – July 2021

  • The full event schedule is now posted on the website here (Schedule Page).
  • We now have an official Event T-Shirt available for purchase on the website, which will be shipped to you directly. Sales are open for a limited time on the website. Event T-Shirts will NOT be for sale at the event itself for logistical reasons, and only available through the website here. The T-Shirts are 100% organic cotton.
  • We are closing speaking applications this Friday, July 23rd and will be announcing many of the confirmed community speakers shortly thereafter. We have received over 100 speaker applications, but be aware that even if you are not selected to speak on stage, we will have a surprise offering for all those who applied, which we will announce once the applications are formally closed.
  • The main event stage will be open to community speakers (applicants) on Friday evening, and a second stage will be opened for longer community presentations throughout Saturday as well.
  • We are encouraging everyone to attend the closing ceremony at Palmer Park on Sunday August 15th, which will be at 5PM and could last till 6:30PM. Details, Map & Carpooling options will be provided to attendees. We have reserved multiple secluded locations for our gatherings at this park throughout Sunday.
  • We will have at least 7 large meditation pyramids available for use at the venue (which we confirmed work great), mainly in the Atrium/Indoor-Garden area which is adjacent to the hotel lobby. When you see a pyramid with no one inside it, that means it’s open for you to try it out. A limited number of these pyramids will be up for sale and can be shipped to you at a later date.
  • We are finally selecting Vendors and will have additional vendor space on Saturday. If you are at all interested in being a vendor, fill out this form as the available spaces are filling up.
  • Healing focused workshops are being added for Sunday August 15th at forested locations. These will be included with regular event tickets (donation-based workshops). Caressa Ayres will teach on Jin Shin Jyutsu, Jeffrey Ashur will lead a group QHHT regression session, Kaya Leigh will teach on breathwork, and others are being scheduled for Sunday now as well.
  • If you want to attend other activities on Sunday August 15th, you can meet at the hotel in the Pikes Peak Ballroom for further excursion coordination with groups, just be sure to gather on the top of the hour, from 9AM through 2PM. The main park with several workshops planned is a 15 minute drive from the hotel.
  • We confirmed that we can have food trucks at the park venues so that Sunday healthy eating options should be convenient.
  • We plan to have many free Yoga Mats available for people attending outdoor workshops on Sunday August 15th, which are good for outdoor use, eco-friendly, and allergen-free (meaning no latex, cadmium or rubber). Ample picnic table seating is available at all workshop locations also, which will all be located near pavilions to account for any chance of rain.
  • If you have not yet purchased your room at the Hotel Elegante, we strongly recommend doing so this week since they may be fully booked up by the time of the event. Use this link for the discounted rate. More details on nearby campgrounds are also now added to the Places to Stay page.
