Tables that are 6 foot by 30 inches may be requested at any time.
There are technically 4 areas where vendor space is available. Coordination for vendors will all happen in the Atrium & Garden area adjacent to the lobby. We will first fill up the Atrium area with vendors. On Saturday, The Grand Ballroom area will be open to vendors, and likely offer the best space. On Thursday afternoon 3pm through Sunday afternoon 3pm, the other spaces shown are available for vendors. Overnight, you may store your things in the area labeled “Vendor Storage” in the Pikes Peak Ballroom area (called area #4 on the signs).
